This
high quality and environmentally friendly 'chalkboard'
is proudly manufactured in Australia and is designed
for many applications from in a child's play area to the upmarket
restaurant menu board. Offering superior impact resistance,
'Chalkboard' had no added resins or synthetic chemicals
and is pre-finished for both domestic and commercial
applications.
The fine densely bonded, wood fibre structure of Chalkboard
provides for excellent machining and working properties
using normal woodworking equipment and/or hand tools. The
non-toxic paint finish offers a smooth surface for pastels,
chalks and artistry consumables. The back surface of
Chalkboard is characterised by a fine, wire screen texture.
Chalkboard is available in a range of accurately dimensioned
sheet sizes and in a thickness of 3.2mm. Cut to size
sheets can also be supplied for industrial, packaging,
commercial or building purposes.
