Australian Hardboards Limited is the sole Australian manufacturer
of 100% all natural thin hardboards. We achieve
an annual turnover of no less than 30 million
Australian dollars with a staff of over 200
on an area of 300 hectares. The press produces
13,000,000m2 per year of hardboard, which is
enough to lay a one metre wide track around
Australia. Established in 1958, our greatest
strength is the ability to manufacture and supply
high quality, market driven, innovative products
both competitively and efficiently.
We offer our clients
a value added package that incorporates -
cut-to-size, bevelling,
perforating, planing,
moulding and paint
coating. The paint coating unit uses a specially
formulated paint that gives an excellent adherence
surface finish, protection and resistance
to abrasion. Our export stock is plastic wrapped
for added protection whilst in transit.
Our service plus package incorporates confirmation
of orders within 24 hours, punctual delivery,
individual advice and production processes that
are of the very best technical standards. We
are accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 and are
committed to delivering maximum satisfaction
by consistently providing – the right
product, of the right quality, at the right
time through our MRPII manufacturing system.
This commitment is evidenced by our Customer
First Promised Delivery Date achievements, which
is greater than 98%, one of the highest in the
industry.
